I also made zucchini pasta with tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, dates, basil and lemon juice
This was a salad dressing in Fred's book. It was mango and tomato plus few spoons of balsamic vinegar. I know its transition, but I had some, and wanted to try it. It's ok. Lemon juice always works too too.
